Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located across US & UK. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different warehouse keeping different items so can fullfill your order quickly. so all USA order will ship from USA only and UK and Europe Order will ship from UK warehouse
My order shows up as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

In rare cases, your package can show as ‘delivered’ before you receive it.

This may be down to the delivery being marked as complete preemptively. Alternatively, your shipping carrier might have left it in a hidden location to prevent damages or theft. Check between your front doors and talk to your household members and neighbors.

If you still can’t locate your order, contact your shipping carrier and state your tracking number. Please get in touch via support@zenfulstone.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating your missing package.

If your order continues to be missing after following the above steps, please note that we are unable to offer reshipments or refunds on orders that show up as delivered.

Will I have to pay for international taxes and duties?

All international orders (any orders shipped outside the United States, United Kingdom & Pan Europe) will be subject to customs duties and taxes. Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Duties and taxes, which are calculated by Global-E, are already included in the final price of your order before completing payment. Due to country regulations there is no option to complete checkout without paying duties and taxes.

All other countries

You have the option to either pay duties and taxes during checkout or pay to the customs authority when the package arrives at the destination country. Duties and taxes paid during checkout are guaranteed, this does not apply in case you decide to pay to customs authorities later. We are not responsible for any additional charges which may apply if you choose to pay taxes and duties later.

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 1-2 business days.
Can i change my order information?

If you realize you have made an error, simply email us at Support@zenfulstone.com within 9 hours after the order placed.

If your order is already processed or has already shipped, and the address is incorrect, we cannot change the address. For other requests, please contact the Support team.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Please Check below table for approximate time of delivery. Noted that delayed delivery can occur due to holidays, customs, weather conditions, social events, temporary technical issues or unexpected pandemic.

Please be noted that,We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

Remember, you can’t cancel or modify your order if it has progressed to an advanced preparation status or shipped status.

Sometimes shipping time varies due to circumstances outside of our control, such as: 

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Large or Bulky Items
  • Weather conditions
  • Shipping Provider Error

If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
