Our return and exchange policy covers all products purchased from Zenfulstone within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition of Returned Items:
Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, documentation, and accessories.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
They will assist you in completing the return or exchange process by providing you return shipping label.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Charged will not be refunded. But in case of defective or incorrect item you will receive full refund including shipping charges paid at checkout.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Zenfulstone will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team to initiate the process. Zenfulstone will cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
